Job Title: Finance Administrator Reporting To: Head of Credit Control Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Wilmslow office, 3 days remoteHours of Work: 37.5Full-time - 6-month Fixed Term ContractSalary: £25k Per AnnumThe RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our busy finance team based in Wilmslow.Key Responsibilities include: * Chasing payment of outstanding debts via telephone, letter, email* Re-instate & set up new direct debits* Resolve customer queries* Cash allocation* Management of finance inbox* Admin duties including emailing copy invoices & VAT schedules* Release of invoices to the ledger on a daily/weekly basisThe Person- * A minimum 2:1 degree in Accountancy and Finance, Maths, Economics or a numerical based degree* Some working knowledge of finance administrator processes and procedures * Transactional finance knowledge and understanding* Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook* Professional attitude and persona* Positive outlook* Strong work ethic* Able to prioritise workload* Negotiation skills* Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels* Generate and maintain solid working relationships with clients and colleaguesAbout UsWe are Citation.
