Job Description

  • Up to £30,000 + 25% commission
  • Field based role (Northern England / Scotland)

A trend-driven accessories brand is looking for a commercial, charismatic, and driven Field Sales Executive to join their team. Their impressive customer list already includes leading iconic retailers including Soho Farmhouse, Selfridges, and The ConranShop, along with leading independent retailers, garden centres, and museum groups.You will be based from home where you will manage existing retail customers and identify new opportunities to grow their customer base across your geographical area of Northern England, Scotland and Ireland, and will visit the Company head office in Parisevery 8 weeks. Relevant wholesale sales experience would be ideal, but if you have the right attitude, drive, and personality then they will teach the rest - the key is your approach, a love of retail, and genuine passion for a career in sales!Are you up for a new adventure, working for one of the coolest challenger brands out there with regular trips to Paris If so, get in touch to find out more!Your responsibilities as Field Sales Executive will include:
  • Building strong relationships with the existing account base in your area - Scotland and Northern England
  • Presenting new seasonal products and ranges, working to maximise spend
  • Identifying new sales opportunities, approaching potential customers, and following up on any leads
  • Supporting the UK Sales Manager to grow and develop the brand coverage
  • Working closely with the sales admin team
  • Attending relevant trade shows and regular travel throughout Europe as required
  • Ensuring merchandising guidelines and brand image is followed for your customer base
  • Creating reports as required, contributing to weekly sales meetings
  • Regular visits to their cool Pairs office (circa every 2 months)
Skills required for this Field Sales Executive role:
  • Wholesale account management experience would be ideal
  • A genuine interest in the UK fashion culture, with excellent knowledge of and passion for retail
  • Friendly and positive attitude, enjoys being part of a great team and business
  • Passionate about a career in sales, able to work autonomously when needed
  • Fantastic English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • French language skills would be a bonus but not essential
  • UK driving licence is essential as you will be travelling to see your customers
  • Happy to travel regularly to the Paris office
  • A friendly individual, looking for their next adventure, willing to work hard and bring great energy!
