Family Law Partner - Specialist HNW Practice - Legal 500Opportunity to join one of the leading specialist family law practice in Manchester & London and work as part of a Legal 500 firm that have forged a stellar reputation dealing with HNW & high profile clients. This role in particular will be to take on a seniorrole as a Partner within their highly successful Family Law team. This role can offer you:- Immediate Partnership- Full Autonomy- True Flexibility- Management Based RoleYou will be joining a small team but with scope to increase headcount and add to the existing client base. This position will ideally be based in their Manchester city centre office, however there is an extremely flexible & generous hybrid working policy.Ideally you will be a Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE and will either be at Partner level already or Senior Associate. You will however need to be experienced dealing with private family law matters as this practice only specialise in dealingwith private family law and HNW individuals. This position will primarily focus on business management and helping the department grow, whilst also working with your existing colleagues & client base to improve processes. The business is going through a highly successful period with all departments busierthan ever, leading to a consistent increase in turnover & profit so this is an opportune time to join and be part of the growth. There will be less of an emphasis placed on fee earning but there is a good mix of work in place to include private children work, civil partnerships, co-habitation agreements, divorce & ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements and much more....Your clientbase will also be varied and see you deal with local clients as well as more affluent clients on a regional scale. Whilst a following isnt a prerequisite for this role, if you were to have a core client base that would follow you then that would be a substantialpositive. As a Partner you will be working with the existing management team and ensuring that team KPIs are achieved, new processes are implemented, recruitment is dealt with and client targets are achieved.Salary will be based on PQE but will likely be starting at £60,000 + a great Partner Benefits Scheme.
