Job Description

FacilitiesCoordinatorBased - Remote withoccasionalsite visits£27k+ great benefits and operational autonomyThis role is a new addition to the FM/Estates team, working closely with the Head of Estates you will be responsible coordinating the safety, compliance and building works for the business.Headlineresponsibilities you coordinate as part of your role will include:Property managementProperty maintenanceSafetyandcomplianceAudit reportsProjectsSite based customer services support&problem solving to resolutionContractorsliaison and managementA full brief can be provided on application.In order to be considered you will need:Experience in a facilities/ maintenance roleExperience gained in a buildings environment eg property management, pbsa, residential, BTR or hospitalityExperienced administrator with good IT skills ideally MircosoftAbility to work as part of a team and also individually and on own initiativeDiplomatic, customer focussed with experience of providing good customer servicePositive, proactive with good organisational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated, capable of being sensitive with good communication skillsFlexible with ability to multi-task and work in collaboration with Operations, FM and Estates teamsIOSH idealAs this position is home-based, you will need use of a home office and will need a flexible approach to your working hours including being on an on-call weekend rota.
