A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading luxury restaurant brand as they seek an Executive Assistant to assist the companys Founder and CEO. The role has arisen due to exciting business growth, and you will be responsible for providingcomprehensive day to day management of the CEO & Founders diary. Managing complex itineraries, you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise conflicting commitments and possess excellent communication skills. The role sits within a friendly and supporting team and provides an exciting and dynamic opportunity for someone who is interested in working closely with senior business leaders. Looking after and supporting the CEO and the Senior Leadership team, you willhave current and demonstrated experience as a seasoned EA and previous experience working in any area of the hospitality industry, preferably high-end restaurants.This is a new role that has been created within the business, and an exciting time to join this award winning, entrepreneurial, and commercially astute business with plans to expand overseas.Duties of the EA to include:* Extensive diary management to involve coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and allocating time to priorities.* Ensuring that the CEO is provided with all relevant papers and briefings in advance of meetings, coordinating and collating these to tight deadlines.* Monitoring and managing the CEOs calendar and inbox. You will be expected to deal with any urgent enquiries by escalating them swiftly* Responding to events and invitations from organisers, ensuring efficient liaison* Coordinating business travel and accommodation, ensuring coordination with relevant offices.* Actively managing a high-volume flow of information, ensuring all team members are kept up to date with any events, requests or calendar changes that may impact their own diaries.Requirements for the successful EA candidate:* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), including ability to draft high quality correspondence.* Proven and demonstrated EA experience managing and supporting a senior leader.* Experience within the hospitality industry ideally the restaurant sector * Ability to work quickly and efficiently to tight deadlines, whilst remaining professional in a pressured environment* Excellent administration and IT skills (especially Outlook)* Friendly, professional and confident, with ability to communicate and engage on a daily basis with the businesss most senior leaders and high profile clients* Excellent planning and organising skills, with fantastic attention to detail.* Extensive experience in diary management, organising meetings, events and booking travel.* Proven ability to work in a team environment, to establish effective working relationships and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels.* Intermediate/advanced computer literacy with excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.* Ability to problem solve, flexible and pragmatic approach to work.* Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
