Job Title: Estimator Location: Manchester, UK Company: Main Contractor - Office Fit OutsAbout the Company:Join a reputable main contractor specializing in office fit-outs. We are seeking an Estimator who can also handle some small Quantity Surveying duties or a Quantity Surveyor willing to take on estimating responsibilities. This role is 90% estimating, with afocus on locality, and offers a competitive salary based on experience.Job Overview:As an Estimator for our office fit-out projects, you will play a crucial role in accurately estimating project costs, communicating with clients and being involved in the tendering process alongside the usual estimating duties. The ideal candidate will havea strong focus on locality, ensuring a deep understanding of the Northwest market, particularly Manchester.
