Enterprise Business ArchitectManchester (1-2 days per week on site )Market Salary2 year FTCAn Enterprise Business Architect is required for our public sector client who are based in Manchester.The organisation are undergoing several transformation projects and they are looking for an Enterprise Business Architect for a period of 24 months to work within the programme to help shape the transformation of all the verticals which sit under ProfessionalServices (e.g. HR, Finance, IT). The role will work closely with the Enterprise Architect and Business Analyst to analyse, architect, design, cost and plan solutions, ensuring delivery of the Professional Service strategy.The Enterprise Business Architect will report directly to the Strategy and Architecture Manager and will be responsible for ensuring alignment of their workstream to other ongoing transformation work. This is an exciting role that will have the opportunityto help deliver a strategically aligned programme.Key Skills:The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:Significant experience in the development and implementation of operating modelsSignificant experience in understanding shared services capabilities and architecting which capabilities will be delivered via which strategic tools.Confidence with coordination of cross-enterprise business design groups/governance committees (Technical Design Authority and inputs to the Business Design Authority).The ability to undertake a business architecture gap analysis, and where there are gaps or deficiencies in our toolset to work with Enterprise Architects to make recommendations based on market assessment of any additional or replacement tools.Experience working with Enterprise Architects in analysing technology trade-offs and providing options analysis and reasoned recommendations allowing informed decisions to take place.Planning and developing roadmaps to support new business features and capabilities.Working in collaboration with Customers and Suppliers to help ensure fitness for purpose.Experience working with estates that have complex integrations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Desirable skills:Experience working on HR Transformation Programmes including HR systems such as Jobtrain and ResourceLinkExperience working on Oracle Financials and Oracle CRM programmesExperience working in a Higher Education Institution
