Job Description

Energy Assessor - ManchesterSB1065Salary and Package: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Our client, an established sustainability consultancy who specialise in the construction sector are looking to add a qualified Level 4/5 Energy Assessor to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be working in a team that offers a wide spectrum of expertise in a range of sustainability sectors such as Air testing, Energy Consultancy, SAP EPC assessments and many more.Key responsibilities:

  • Produce EPCs on domestic/commercial properties
  • SBEM calculations
  • Completing NDEA on a variety of commercial properties
    • To be considered for this position you will have some, if not all, of the following:
  • Level 4/5 Domestic/Non-domestic EPC Assessor (3 years)
  • Have professional experience IES modelling
  • Experience with SAP calculations
  • Overheating Analysis experience
