Our Requirements Our Employment Knowledge Lawyers are responsible for the following:

  • Current awareness
  • Precedents and processes
  • Training
  • Transactional know how and data
  • Client facing alerts and training
  • Know how tools
  • Strategy and wider knowledge management
    • Our ideal candidate will have a significant amount of employment experience and an interest in developing client relationships through knowledge sharing. Precedents
  • Drafting and maintaining precedents
  • Planning and, where appropriate, delivering training
    • Knowledge
  • Updating fee-earners on the implications of legal developments
  • Proactively suggesting ways to use information on changes in the law or market practice to build client relationships
  • Managing the Groups know how database and resources
  • Preparing internal practice notes and improving processes to increase efficiencies
  • Research in relation to both specific and general legal issues to support both transactional and business development activities.
    • Knowledge, skills and experience required
  • Have excellent interpersonal, drafting and writing skills
  • Be both proactive and well organised
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Be collaborative
  • Have a broad understanding of the digitisation of legal services and legal technology
  • Be prepared to work as part of a highly-motivated and hard-working team
