This role will receive calls from potential leads via the group scheme leaver service.NJR Recruitment have been instructed by a Worldwide Insurer to work on their behalf for the recruitment of a Private Health Executive. This role will work as part of their Employee Benefits Team in Manchester.This is the perfect role for someone with exposure to either a client service and/or sales environment, looking to join an established, market-leading consulting firm.Daily duties will consist of;" Proactively assist the team in most aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and the renewal process to better serve clients." Provide assistance regarding coverage questions and program adjustments to maintain policies and ensure policies and memberships are up-to-date." Monitor the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards." Monitor the maintenance of proper records for reporting and audit purposes and processes insurance and claims details into the database." Respond directly to simple and moderately difficult client questions and requests, and solicits assistance from senior management as needed." Support the team in the acquisition of new clients by means of warm calling and identifying and developing new business opportunities. " Utilise the business existing network of clients and conduct research in order to generate potential new sales leads.To apply for the role candidates should offer a proven background working in some form of telephone based or customer service capacity, within sectors that could include; insurance, or financial services, with evidence of having previously worked in a targetdriven environment.NJR 14422
