Qualityaspiring to have Zero Loss, engage with the Filling and Supply Managers in a proactive approach to successfully deliver the Manufacturing Quality KPIs. Costin conjunction with the Filling and Supply Managers develop and deliver stretching budgets for Manufacturing. Ensuring the effective deployment of Continuous Improvement (egLean Tools & Techniques) to drive YoY improvements in OEE, Direct LabourVariances, Waste and Overheads. To identify effective capital expenditure opportunities in Manufacturing and to execute these on time and within budget. Deliveryworking with the Filling and Supply Managers, ensure Filling & Blow Moulding achieve their Conformance to Plan targets to underpin excellent Customer Service to customers whilst keeping stock levels as low as is practicable. Peopleusing a coaching approach ensure that the Filling and Supply Managers deploy effective communication, appraisal, training, succession planning, absence management etc... processes in Manufacturing. Deputy Plant Managerbe able to competently deputise for the Plant Manager both internally (site, other sites and divisional functions) and externally to McBride.Applicants will need to demonstrate the following experience: Extensive FMCG experience, including direct labour budget management and cost improvement Experience driving CI and operational excellence Proven experience delivering OPEX and LEAN initiatives Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence succession planningThe companyMcBride are the leading European manufacturer and supplier of Private Label and Contract Manufactured products for the domestic Household and professional cleaning and hygiene markets.
