Job Description

Companies within the group are fully FCA authorised and licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.We are looking for Client Support Agent to join our busy Debt Management team, supporting an existing client base of customers and their ongoing needs.You will be based in our Manchester City Centre office and you will be working Monday to Friday according to shift pattern:2 weeks early shift - 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 week late shift - 11am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-5pm on Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm with half day off following Friday.Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to and take inbound calls from our existing customers.
  • Liaising with customers directly via various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service by providing sympathetic advice, working to understand their situation in more detail and agree an appropriate resolution to customer queries
  • Updating the company system accordingly.
  • General administrative and customer service work.
