Job Description

Right Now Group are currently partnered with a large Air Freight organisation that are looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent based at their MANCHESTER facility near the Airport.This position is ideal for a candidate who is a Team Player and willing to assist within all aspects of the day to day duties of the branch.Location: Manchester Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 09:00 - 17:30Salary: £21,000 - £24,000Annual leave: 25 days annual leaveKey responsibilities of Customer Service Agent

  • Assist the team in the the customer service department.
  • Make bookings with Airlines, GSA and hauliers.
  • Completion of export documents, including MAWBs, HAWBs, customs entries and courier consignment notes.
  • Comply with company security requirements.
  • Post flight consignments and keeping customers updated.
  • Monitoring email accounts and responding to requests in a timely matter.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proactive and forward thinking.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to manage time to a high level.
  • A high level of communication both verbally and written.
  • Excellent telephone manner, being able to deal with high call volumes.
Desirable:
  • Operational knowledge within the air freight.
  • Level CO security (Training will be provided).
