  • Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours - NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS

The new Customer Service Advisors will undertake a varied number of tasks required to maintain an operation supporting our ever-growingFuel Card business.Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
  • Liaise with sales teams to advise of customers commercial queries
  • Investigate transactions declines & velocity queries
  • Produce copy invoices on request
  • Liaise with staff in Manchester and across European offices
  • Log all queries and action on logging tool
  • Answer phone calls and live chats with set criteria and within parameters set out by the company
  • Provide on-going support to colleagues
  • Provide support to customers using websites / systems provided
  • Carry out data entry for Customers & Cards
  • Production of customer transaction files and reports
Skills & Experience required:
  • Previous experience in a similar Customer Service Role / Environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Adaptable to organisational change requirements
  • Self-motivated, organised and can work on own initiative
  • Establish and maintain co-operative and effective working relationships
