Job Description

Role Summary:The Customer Communication Executive will provide and support effective communication improvements and property management services, across Residential. This role will be at the heart of how we interact with our customers, and will ensure that we deliver first class customer communications through various channels. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities as part of a fast paced, proactive, results driven team, and will monitor communications across Residential, in line with business objectives.Responsibilities for the Customer Communication Executive will be:

  • Prepare and manage regular, effective communications to all parties across the portfolio
  • Provide general administration support duties, such as minute taking at key customer meetings and preparation of minutes for issue as follow up to customers
  • Developing templates for monthly management reports and sourcing data from across multiple systems
  • Co-ordinating the engagement for our preferred suppliers by providing regular communication and invitations to meetings
  • Tracking and logging incidents and accidents for the Residential portfolio, and compiling quarterly H&S compliance matrix reports
  • Complaints handling across the Residential portfolio
  • Manage new business opportunities, and the creation of tender documents and presentations for submission to potential new customers. Track new business opportunities and maintain active relationships with potential new customers.
  • Proving support with various legal administration work for customers
  • Creating, and managing, projects on Zoho and provide reports to show how projects are being followed through to completion by the Property Team
  • The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Experience of working in an office environment with evidence of having delivered excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residential property management experience is hugely advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience of writing content and for print, email and social media
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
