Customer Care Technician Sector - House Building Location - Office base Warrington, sites across the North West Package - Competitive salary, company van during working hours The company are a regional developer specialising in new build private developments across the North West Region, properties ranging from affordable homes to luxury family homes. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experience Customer Care Technicianto join a growing housing business. You will be working on post completion propertys ensuring all defects are rectified within a professional and timely manner. Customer Care Technician Role Reporting to the Customer Care Manager you will be responsible for attending new build homes within your region carrying out various multi skilled trades. Duties to include: o The operative will investigate and complete the rectification of (in house) defects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with design standards, specifications and company procedures o Work with members of the Customer Care Team, whilst liaising closely with the Maintenance Manager o Uphold and communicate the values and culture of the companies brand o Position Seddon as the contractor of choice o Investigate and complete the rectification of work needed to conclude NHBC/LABC claims o Maintain / complete accurate and concise records of repairs on Clixifix. o To assist on various site where applicable o Carry out inspections where required and record programme of works with the customer care coordinators. o Update all works on their defect management system Experience required for a Customer Care Operative " Educated to GSCE / GCE standard in Maths & English " BTEC Diploma in Building Construction/NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds in relevant trade " CSCS Card " 3 / 5 years experience working for a residential house builder " Detailed understanding of NHBC customer handover requirements " Polite and courteous manner " Excellent communication skills The package & how to apply In return for your skills, you will be offered a competitive salary, company van (business use only).
