JR557 - CRM Team Leader - Online Gaming - Manchester - Permanent - £27k - £36k + bonus/benefitsOur client is a large online gaming firm who are looking for a CRM Manager to join the team.The postholder will lead a small team and work closely with the wider CRM team and Head of Customer Marketing to develop and implement the strategy for online gaming. You will be tasked to improve future campaigns, maximising performance, upsell and cross sellopportunities. Responsible for owning communications within department, optimising/creating email, text, push messaging.A strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation.
