Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a legal services firm recruiting for a Credit Controller for a 12 Month FTC contract based in Manchester. You will be working in a team of European credit controllers, supporting and assisting partners andlawyers in managing cash collections.The ideal Credit Controller will be responsible for: Proactive chasing of clients by telephone, email, and letter Arranging and attending monthly credit control meetings with assigned partners Review of AR lock-up and outstanding debt, agreeing chase actions and next steps Maintaining accurate and comprehensive Deal with and resolve client queries or questions as they arise Assisting with the administration of the credit control inbox Attending monthly Credit Control Team meeting Escalate issues or queries to Credit Control Manager and agree on next stepsThe ideal Credit Controller will have: Experience in a similar credit control role (essential Good communication skills, both oral and written Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines Previous experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and WordEqual OpportunitiesAs a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
