Credit Control Accounts Receivable Lead - £27k - £30k + generous benefits + 25 hols ManchesterWe require an experienced Credit Controller with a solid commercial understanding & the ability to produce weekly sales forecast.Daily Reconciliation of Cheque/BACS payments and accurate allocation to customer accounts. Resolving customer queries initiated by telephone calls/Emails / letters. Chasing overdue balances by telephone or letter. Prompt and accurate updating of customernotes on Master spread sheet to ensure all relevant information is logged to individual accounts. Preparation and collation of documentation required when setting up new account applications, credit checking and setting up account on Computer systems, Siclopsand Navision.Alerting Account Manager of any possible bad debts/Major Queries. Ensure statements are produced and sent out after each month end once checked. Reduction of Debtor days.Production of reports on Excel including weekly SALES Forecast for Directors. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other IT systems,
