Job Description

Paying up to £32k + Benefits - This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing independent accountancy firm based in Manchester city centre that are looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their highlysuccessful Insolvency team. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering flexible working.THE JOBWorking as part of the Corporate Insolvency team, you will be expected to manage cases from the initial client contact through to case closure.This will involve:

  • Involvement in client meetings from initial contact with responsibility of driving case to appointment
  • Managing case from commencement to closure, driving case progression, statutory reporting, and investigations
  • Dealing with stakeholders, Directors, creditors, and employees
  • Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • The preparation of reports, receipts, payments, and other correspondences
  • Undertaking statutory investigations and reporting requirements
THE PERSON
  • Required to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate insolvency
  • A solid understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly liquidations and Administrations
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to deal with high risk and complex issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to manage a competing priority in a varied case portfolio
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to be proactive and work individually
  • An accountancy and/or insolvency qualification is desirable.
