Role - Corporate Finance Manager Location - Manchester Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 FJR Finance is recruiting for a leading services rganisation in their search for a Corporate Finance Manager to work out of their brand new Manchester city centre offices.The Corporate Finance Manager will ideally be ACA qualified from a top ten practice and consideration will be given to candidates within audit, restructuring, transaction services or corporate finance. Any exposure to financial modelling would be a distinct advantage and advanced Excel skills are a pre-requisite. The ability to lead presentations and liaise and challenge senior stakeholders will be essential. The Corporate Finance Manager will also need to be work to tight deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities for the Corporate Finance Manager will involve the following:-- Full responsibility for the shareholder valuations model- Presentation of findings to senior stakeholders- Scheduled analysis on reporting, business planning, financing etc.- Scenario analysis- Pricing analysis- Due dilligence on potential acquisitions- Review and interpretation of data provided- Ad-hoc project workSalary is anywhere between £60,000 and £70,000 + substantial benefits packageThis role is ideal for an individual who is looking to make their first move into industry and enjoys the commercial and analytical side of finance.
