  • Main Contractor with an excellent name in the Construction industry
  • £80 million turnover business
  • Established over 50 years.
  • On several frameworks and work for local housing authorities
  • All work is Northwest or Yorkshire based.
Are youAn experienced Contracts ManagerKnowledgeable in high-rise external refurb projectsFamiliar with Golden threadThe RoleThe Contracts Manager will:
  • Manage several external refurbs projects.
  • Value of projects will value £10 million per annum.
  • Projects will include roofing, windows, EWI, balconies, internal fire improvements and doors.
  • Manage site teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, Assistants, and resident liaison officers.
  • Build relationships with clients and lead site meetings.
  • A good commercial awareness and the ability to work with the QS.
  • JCT contracts knowledge
  • Good health and safety knowledge
