Job Description

Contract Controller We are looking for a Contract Controller to join our Risk Group and support the team through the scheduling and planning of projects in multiple locations using personnel from multiple Bureau Veritas teams. You will also maintain contract performance indicators,prepare client presentations and participate in client contract reviews.A newly established role, you will be responsible for the establishment of a contract planning and scheduling program to drive program efficiencies and synergies for the deployment and collection of Radon Monitor and DSEAR data collection.Make an impact doing work you can be proud of at Bureau Veritas.   • Scheduling/ Planning across multi-discipline teams within the BV network for the deployment and collection of Radon monitors and DSEAR data collection, driving program efficiency.
  • Using the BV software system to assist in efficient planning and scheduling, such as Siebel and MAIA
  • Direct communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring activities are undertaken and support the TC team in achieving full utilisation of all available resources and ensuring customers receive their deliverables within their contract SLAs
  • Maintaining up to date project reports and metrics to demonstrate performance against contract requirements
  • Ensure that timely and correct invoicing instructions are given to the accounts team
  • Developing customer relationships through providing oversight of the project teams, service excellence & project delivery
  • Management of sub-contractor engagement practices e.g. purchase order creation
  • Supporting teams in the management of contract requirement
  • Proactive approach to analysing data and putting forward recommendations for improvements
  • Proactively undertake general activities to support technical members to drive increased utilisation and sales focus
Experience & Skills
  • Proficient in the use of document control databases, proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel use of pivot tables & v-look-ups level
  • Experience in the planning and scheduling of multiple persons over a range of locations
  • Excellent organization and planning skills & strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Focused on exceptional Customer service
  • Ability to organize / report and manage operational and commercial issues of the team
