Job Description

Salary will be negotiable and dependent on relevant background and experience and will include significant, growing company benefits.The client, a growing technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career and based in central Manchester are seeking a Content Writer to sit between a talented marketing and design team and a Training, Onboarding, Product Team.Purpose of the role:You will join a multi-skilled team involved with the creation of materials/content for onboarded clients and content marketing information for a global marketplace.ResponsibilitiesYou will need to be able to work autonomously and will need to work and collaborate well within a team. You will be working on existing projects with the Training and Onboarding Team as well as a number of new projects with the PR/Content ManagerRequirements, Experience and Day to Day duties:-

  • Content Writing for a Global audience
  • Creating KBA’s (Knowledge Based Articles)
  • Creating Training Guides, highlighting exciting new content and features.
  • Writing for the End User
  • Script Writing
  • Creating articles to be shared via multi channels for existing and potential customers
    • Articles will surround exciting new developments within AI, Gamification, Mobile App and up and coming emerging technologies.The role will never stand still, and you can grow and develop in the role, gaining more responsibility and projects to suit your personal development goals. This can be across the wider mix within marketing, training and onboarding, Product CXM, and Bid Writing.Desirable Skills:
  • Self Starter
  • Good content creation experience
    • Nice to have:
  • B2B background
  • Tech/Saas background or knowledge/interest in Software/Emerging Technology
  • Knowledge of Global Marketplace
