Job Description

Computer Science Teacher required for good school in Oxfordshire.We are currently recruiting for a Computer Science Teacher to start in September 2021, or earlier with the right candidate, with the view to continue in the new academic year. This school is rated as good in all areas and has fantastic facilities, a supportive SLT and able students. They have strong commitments to their aims and values, fostering strategies for personal growth, focusing on teaching to close the gap, leading change and innovation, and advocating resilience and sustainability.The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience of teaching Computer Science in the UK
  • Be able to teach Computer Science up to GCSE. Up to A-Level is an advantage.
  • If you were able to offer a second subject, it would be helpful but is not a requirement, particularly Business Studies
  • NQT applications are welcomed
    • The school is well positioned within Oxford and is accessible from various local train stations. This role is a long-term cover role starting in September 2021, or earlier with the right candidate, with the view to continue in the new academic year. Both experienced and newly qualified teachers will be considered, this role sits within a supportive and knowledgeable team.The school is very happy to consider candidates relocating from other parts of the UK and international teachers with a viable visa route.
