Job Description

Job Title:Complaints InvestigatorLocation:RemoteSalary:Up to £30,000Job Type:Full-timeWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Investigator to join our team in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.This includes complaints about the mortgageapplication process, the servicing of mortgage accounts or complaints about historic issues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to gather information and evidence
  • Conduct interviews with customers and staff as required
  • Prepare detailed reports on complaint investigations
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in the complaints process
  • Provide feedback to management on complaint handling performance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a complaints handling role in the financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
