Job Description

Bruin are proud to be working with a leading motor finance company, based in Manchester, in their search for a Complaints Handler, to join their exciting new team.Do you have previous experience within the motor industry Do you want to work for the best This could be the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities include:

  • To provide high quality and professional advice and support when dealing with telephone calls and correspondence.
  • To investigate the complaint competently, diligently and impartially obtaining additional information where necessary to enable a resolution to be reached.
  • To ensure that all complaints received are resolved successfully in line with the FCAs Treating Customers Fairly principles, liaising with all relevant parts of the business to facilitate such outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a high level of attention to detail.A fantastic salary is on offer and a hybrid work setup - 2 days in the office and the rest at home.
