Our client is a leading law firm with offices throughout Greater Manchester and Yorkshire, due to continued expansiona fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property professional to join the team.DescriptionYou will provide assistance to the wider Commercial Property team in dealing with a comprehensive range of commercial and residential and property services to clients across the UK.You will work with a range on behalf of individual and corporate investors, pension funds, commercial banks, insolvency practitioners, developers and corporations.Matters will include renewals and terminations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, breach of covenant, injunctions, Mortgages and possessions, charges and charging orders, Restrictive covenants and easements, Overage, Electronic Communications, Professionalnegligence, Mediation, Property Development, Residential Conveyancing and Property Litigation.Duties:* To manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including straightforward sales and purchases, leases, buy-to-let purchases and sales, development re-financing transactions, charity and charity property matters and other landlord and tenantwork* To take a proactive approach in building professional relationships with clients and other contacts in order to develop our commercial property presence in the area* To work productively with colleagues in all our offices* To maintain and promote the good image and reputation of the firm* To assist colleagues, Directors and Heads of Department with any marketing and training events and initiatives* To manage and supervise junior staff and support staff including assisting with recruitment, training etc if required* To use the case management softwareProfileCommercial Property Paralegal * Experience of working as a Commercial Property Paralegal/CILEx fee earner in a reputable firm.* Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence.* Ability to manage and organise large volumes of documents.* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.* Knowledge of accounting, document management software and BigHand digital dictation.* Provide excellent client care.* Build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.* Ability to accurately time record.Job OfferCommercial Property Paralegal -Competitive Salary and Comprehensive Benefits Package
