Commercial Analyst Location: Hybrid split of home and 2 days in the office (Wilmslow - Weds and Thurs) Salary: up to £30,000 per annumWe are Citation. Inlight of this, we are looking for someone to help take our already successful commercial area, to the next level.As part of the Commercial sales department, you will be at the heart of our new business "engine". As we scale for further growth, this role focuses on sales performance to drive future decision-making processes. You might come from a commercial financebackground, or a data focussed role but what we need from you is a keen eye for detail and someone that is not afraid to call something out if it is not working or could have an impact on our longer-term performance goals. With an analytical mindset and commercialapproach, its a given that you are a whizz with excel and you are never fazed by multiple data sources, this role is a key enabler to our business strategy so you can make a real difference.If you are craving the autonomy to make decisions and drive these through but want the support of being part of a wider team who will have your back - look no further.* Providing ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound performance, recognising, and flagging key trends* Create, monitor and maintain dialling strategies to support changing business needs* Effectively communicate any areas of potential risks around data volumes/quality* Ensure all dialler and real-time MI is accurate, timely and effective and comes with insight, not just information* Work closely with key stakeholders to measure on the day performance against the plan in both and core outbound and blended environments* Create and analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations, applying normalization methodologies to remove results bias* Create selections and data flows for campaigns in campaign management platform alongside Customer Marketing Managers, leading on data integrity and ensuring QA* Build easy-to-understand reports and dashboards to track retention, upsell and cross-sell trendsWhat we are looking for:* * An enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn more! ** Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and specifically MS Excel* Excellent analytical skills to help collect, measure, organise and analyse data* Knowledge in building reports and Dashboard* Design Data Management and Reporting ToolsWhy choose usFrom your birthday off work (in addition to a generous annual leave and bank holiday entitlement of 33 days), wellbeing support and a health cash plan, recognition and incentives, to continuous learning and development, we invest in you holistically.If you are still reading this, it says our culture is for you.
