CNC Supervisor (Fanuc/Mazak)£17 per hour + Overtime (40K+) + 2x Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + PensionStretford, ManchesterAre you an CNC Programmer with experience of milling machines and lathes looking for a supervisor/Team leader role working double day shift 6am-2pm Mon - Fri and 2pm - 11pm Monday - Thursday with every other Friday offAre you looking to significantly increase your earnings through plenty of overtimeAre you looking to work for an international company, move into a leadership role and work a 37.5 hours per week with plenty of overtimeOn offer is a great opportunity to be part of the leadership team, work a varied role and also have a good career path with a growing, dynamic company.This company are a well-established, multi million pound company who supply into a multitude of industrial sectors including aerospace, materials, manufacturing and science.This role would suit a CNC Programmer with experience of milling machines and lathes looking for a supervisor/Team leader role working double day shift 6am-2pm Mon - Fri and 2pm - 11pm Monday - Thursday with every other Friday off.THE ROLE

  • Supervise team members on a daily basis during the normal operation of the machine shop in line with production planning a. Ensure that team members have an adequate work load on a daily basis
  • Manage staff attendance and development
  • Operate milling machines or lathes and other work shop equipment as required a. Set and prove out job, obtaining a first of job has been proved out.
  • Run milling machines after setting, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the entire production run.
  • Attend weekly production meetings and ensure that work is progressed through the machine shop in a timely manner according to priorities set by the Production Planner
