CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITORRole OverviewAre you a driven and ambitious Solicitor with a passion for clinical negligence work This firm are looking for a Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE to join our Clinical Negligence department in Manchester.In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters, utilising your legal expertise to seek justice for clients.From preparing cases for court to advocating before judges, you will play a crucial role in delivering results for those affected by medical negligence.Candidate ProfileThe firm are looking for a Solicitor with the following:- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with 0-3 years PQE.- Demonstrable experience managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters or assisting in such matters during your Training Contract.- In-depth understanding of legal principles and court procedures related to clinical negligence work.- Ability to prepare and plan cases at all court levels and conduct advocacy before District Judges and Circuit Judges.- Capability to assess the need for experts, agents, or counsel in addressing case issues.Whats On OfferJoining this firm means more than just a job - it means becoming part of a supportive team and accessing a range of benefits and opportunities, including:- Minimum of 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service), plus office closure between Christmas and New Year.- Two days per year allocated for charitable work.- Competitive salary depending on experience.- Annual promotions process open to all staff, providing opportunities for advancement and growth within the firm.Apply NowIf youre ready to take the next step in your career and make a difference in the field of clinical negligence law, we want to hear from you.
