The overall purpose of this team is to act as a liaison between new clients and departments, by delivering accurate information about the enquiry to the relevant legal department which will come in via a high volume of incoming telephone calls or a website enquiry. Your role will be to ensure potential and existing clients receive the best possible customer service and helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations all done via incoming telephone enquiries and inputting queries onto their case management system. The role will be to provide first point of contact for their 3 offices across the UK, your duties will include: -
