Job Description

Working for this leading City Centre Law firm that provides a full legal service and has been established for over 30 years. They have over 500 employees across all locations. They value all their employees, reflected by their Investors in People accreditation and rankings in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, year on year.The company are seeking a Client Services Administrator to work within their Client Services team of 10. The overall purpose of this team is to act as a liaison between new clients and departments, by delivering accurate information about the enquiry to the relevant legal department which will come in via a high volume of incoming telephone calls or a website enquiry. Your role will be to ensure potential and existing clients receive the best possible customer service and helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations all done via incoming telephone enquiries and inputting queries onto their case management system. The role will be to provide first point of contact for their 3 offices across the UK, your duties will include: -

  • Taking the initial enquiry from a client over the phone, identifying which department they need to be referred to and then inputting their details onto the case management system.
  • Deal with overflow of general calls and deal with website enquiries.
  • Setting up new cases onto the system and ensuring all the relevant paperwork goes out and gets logged.
  • Deal with sensitive personal data with accuracy and discretion.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to build trust.
  • To apply you will have: -
  • Excellent customer services experience, ideally with experience of dealing with a high volume of calls.
  • A call handling, telephonist or customer services background is essential.
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills
  • Previous experience in telephone-based customer services (essential)
  • An understanding of different areas of law (beneficial but not essential)
  • Previous experience of using the Proclaim case management system (beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided)
  • Ideally worked within a similar role within a law firm or professional services organisation
  • What’s on offer: -
  • The role is 35 hours a week (8 hours a day including one hour for lunch) and is on a rota basis covering the hours of 8am to 7pm e.g., early shift 8 am - 3 pm, normal shift 9 - 5 or late shift 11 am - 7 pm
