Job Description

Client Onboarding AssistantJobPurposeWorking in the Forensic and Valuation Services Team, the client onboarding assistant will be required to support the Team in respect of prospective client engagements including by confirming that the firm is free from conflicts and therefore able to acceptthe engagement from an independence point of view . This includes use of the firms conflict checking tool, review of a number of databases, recording of results, and gathering and inputting information into the firms systems.Role and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the Team to gather all relevant information.
  • Carrying out independence checks using a variety of tools and databases.
  • Collation of supporting documents for onward review.
  • Inputting the engagement information and documentation into the firms systems for onward submission and review.
  • Recognising anomalies or issues, and escalating matters as appropriate.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Works well within a team environment, developing and maintaining relationships within the team and wider firm.
  • Communication skills (written and verbal) are required together with the ability to work under time pressure and to deadlines.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Internet tools.
