Their services are based on a therapeutic approach that focuses on creating secure attachments andpositive outcomes for the service users. They also offer continuous professional development and internal promotion opportunities for their staff.As a support worker, you will be responsible for:• Providing holistic support to the children and young people in your care• Writing detailed and accurate reports on their progress and wellbeing• Building supportive and professional relationships with them• Working as part of a team to ensure the best possible service deliveryTo be eligible for this role, you must have:• A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent• At least a year of experience in supporting children and young people in residential settings• Access to your own vehicle and a UK driver’s license• The right to work in the UK full time without sponsorshipIn return, you will receive:• A competitive salary of £26k per annum• A permanent contract with flexible hours• A supportive and friendly work environmentThe company also offers an incentive scheme; successful completion of probationary period you will receive a pay increase 2% increase to their annual salary, staff who complete their NVQ will get a 5% increase to their annual salary, staff who have perfectattendance and punctuality for a calendar year will receive a bonus of £250.00 and staff will receive a bonus of 10% of their salary on their 5th anniversary with the company.
