Job Description

Job Title: Senior Catastrophic Injury SolicitorLocation: ManchesterType: Full-time, Hybrid WorkingSalary: Circa £60,000An experienced Senior Catastrophic Injury Solicitor is required to join our clients law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in handling complex cases, particularly those involving high-value braininjuries. You will ideally be a Grade A Solicitor/CILEx. The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm, contributing to our clients commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small caseload of catastrophic injury claims, with a focus on high-value brain injury cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are represented to the highest standard.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team and external experts to build strong cases.
  • Keep abreast of developments in personal injury law and related areas.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in catastrophic injury law.
  • Proven track record in handling high-value brain injury cases.
  • Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and case law.
