Senior Business travel consultant GroupsRequired to work at this high profile corporate and business Travel company based in a great location in Manchester city centre or London City . They are looking for an experienced business travel consultant with strong Galileo skills who has excellent groupsknowledge, can work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects. salary up to around £30,000 + benefits.Senior Business travel consultants duties-Using your groups BTC experience you will assist with all worldwide travel elements utilising Galileo- Build good relationships with Key suppliers and clients-Take an active role in the end-to-end management of travel by: researching, quoting, booking/confirming, contracting, rooming lists submissions, invoicing-Identify cost savings and commissionable rate opportunities whilst negotiating the rates and terms to ensure the best options are provided-Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding the project/ group needs whilst being able to prioritise your work ensuring all projects are receiving the same level of service-Ability to self-motivate and work alongside the project Travel Manager to deliver results as a team-Willingness to be on site with group or client if requiredSenior Business travel consultant skills required-Business travel consultant experience with groups using Galileo-Strong flights knowledge to include Manual fare builds, ticketing and re-issues knowledge - Superb attention to detail.-Team player and great communicator, someone who can think outside the boxPlease note this is an office based role due to the nature of the role, however some homeworking will be permitted after the probationary period.
