Job Description

Business Excellence ManagerManchester/Hybrid£40,000-£50,000Company Overview Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a well-respected Residential Asset Manager based in Central Manchester. Over the past 18 months, they have seen significant growth across their portfolio and are continually growing this. As part of their growth strategy,they are looking for a well-rounded & confident Business Excellence Manager to work closely with Senior Leadership and Investors to ensure Operational Compliance, and physical brand standards and ensure they are delivering against their SLAs and Customer Charter.Role Responsibilities

  • To Identify and automate the workflow of all standard business-critical processes
  • Reporting to internal and external stakeholders on operational compliance and key performance indicators providing analysis and remediation action logs
  • Ensure that operational procedures provide an efficient monitored transition of assets between life cycle stages (Acquisition, Refurbishment, Lease-up, Occupancy, Repairs, Disposal)
  • Responsible for the critical processes and independent review of key business compliance risks
  • Ensure appropriate operational processes are undertaken to maintain data integrity, principle of a single source of truth, and automated reporting capability
Role Requirements
  • Have experience in managing systems effectively and resources of a growing organisation
  • Must have experience in creating and implementing workflow systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work alone or in a team
  • Real Estate, Finance, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field experience and qualifications
  • Experience working with Yardi, MRI Horizon, or other systems is a must
