This business is a unique andrapidly growing leader within the health and wellness industry, they areseeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. They specialize in providing thewholesale of top-qualityand big name supplements to gyms and resellers, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. As they expand their market presence, they are looking for a talented individual with a good fitness and nutritional knowledgeto drive business growth and establishstrong partnerships within the fitness and retail sectors.Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities within the fitness and wellness industry.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the wholesale supplements market.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify and engage with gyms, fitness centres, and resellers to establish strong business relationships.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting their range of high-quality wholesale supplements.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with company objectives.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
    • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business strategies.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record in B2B sales
    • Good knowledgewithin the health and wellness industry.
    • An understanding of wholesalemarket
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    The Package:A Basic Salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (BEO)is available for the right Business Development Manager with a rewarding uncapped commission structure that has a Realistic OTE of£15,000 - £20,000.
