Technical, consultative, solution sell, full turnkey approach to selling centralplant into multi residential / multi occupancy high rise housing projects.The PositionThis is a brand-new Business Development Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of water-cooled heat pump systems (water to water heat pumps), CHP and heat networks. You will manage existing relationshipsand develop new clients primarily with mechanical consultants and contractors involved with major residential projects that are multi residential / multi occupancy. You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient heatpumps, chillers, mechanical ventilation and heat networks to sell from.The Package

Experience RequiredThis is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced industry professionals so you must have a successful sales record selling HVAC or central plant heating or cooling systems into multiple occupancy or multiple residential projects. These productsmight include heat pumps, chillers, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery, MVHR or heat networks. Degree, HVAC or refrigeration qualifications are not essential but desirable. It will be a great advantage if you have a record of winning high value project specificationsand achieving a multi £M sales turnover.The CompanyThey are a global manufacturer of central plant heating and cooling systems with an extensive portfolio, known for using the latest in energy efficient technologies and providing a premium high quality product.
