BDM Floor ManagerContract: PermSalary: £30k-£35k DOE + performance related bonus + fantastic benefitsLocation: Manchester City Centre (fully office based)Hours: Mon-Fri (8:45-4:45Job Spec:* Lead your team and ensure they fully understand their main driver to achieve the target and hit SLA/KPIs* To complete daily quality checks and feedback sessions with the team to ensure that the standard of calls is excellent. * To review team performance daily and support the team individually, and as a whole, with ongoing coaching to improve performance and ensure that targets are achieved. * To monitor daily activity from the team.
