Job Description

Connections The Recruitment Specialists are proudly partnering with a market leader in control systems, specialising in automation for gates, shutters and security doors to the Trade only.As Business Development Manager you’ll be supported to build a career thats as dynamic as the market you’ll work in. You’ll account manage clients in your territory and play a key role in generating new business.

  • Act as a company ambassador with a consultive sales approach, highlighting products and services, leveraging consumer research and in-depth knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and build relationships through daily outreach to both existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan, adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions and results.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos and presentations with customers.
  • Prepare accurate reports, quotations, and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
