Job Description

Business Development Executive is needed to join our growing team in our Cloud Seller Pro division based in Spinningfields, Manchester.This role offer remote/flexible working.Our Cloud Seller Pro (CSP) division is a full-service, multi-channel ecommerce Marketing and Advertising Agency, providing services which power performance and accelerate growth. We offer our clients a complete commerce solution, including Google Shoppingand Marketplace Management, high-performance Shopify websites and Social Commerce strategies.Following year-on-year growth, and our integration into the Wunderman Thompson Commerce and Technology, were now looking to fuel our future ambition with the addition of a Business Development Executive, who can help drive revenue for our Cloud Seller Probusiness through the acquisition of new customers.If you have a can-do attitude, excellent organisational skills, great communication and are passionate about your customers success, we would love to hear from you.What youll be doing:

  • Generate, sell, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve the monthly revenue target set by the Head of Client Services.
  • Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build firm relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good level of communication awareness at all times.
  • Represent Cloud Seller Pro in a professional manner and to adhere to agreed sales standards internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date completion of administration tasks and duties as required and agreed by the company.
  • Communicate accurate and pertinent information to relevant departments, teams and clients as appropriate.
What we want from you:
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, lead generation and appointment setting experience.
  • Experience achieving KPIs and targets
  • Proven track record of growing a portfolio of customers.
  • Understanding of the marketing, digital or tech industry.
  • Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact, present and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
  • Team player, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver objectives for team KPI achievement.
  • Youll be self-motivated and enjoy keeping up the date with the latest news, trends and developments in digital marketing.
If you know some of this, even better:
  • Experience of reporting on digital performance metrics and output KPIs (Google Analytics).
  • Experience within an ecommerce agency setting, including advertising and/or Shopify projects.
