Urbanbubble have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join their team in Manchester. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The Business Change Manager role:You will lead and drive change through the urbanbubble business and be at the forefront in implementation of a continuous improvement culture. Providing proactive management of stakeholder relationships from the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team and throughout the organisation. Ensuring great delivery of projects and change initiatives to realise business value and to implement effective and fit-for-purpose governance. To analyse the value of change and ensure we remain on track through regular review. Share best practice in change delivery to support development of change team.Responsibilities of our Business Change Manager:- Develop, own and communicate the change roadmap for urbanbubble, aligned to the business strategy.- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships throughout the organisation, with effective communication of all change-related activity.- Own and develop arrangements in the business to ensure effective identification, documentation and development of end-to-end customer-facing processes.- Ownership for specific, high-profile projects and change initiatives, from business case development, design, and development through to delivery and value realisation.- Ensure enablers for embedding sustainable change are in place and developed: governance, MI, quality gates, training etc.- Effective identification and management of project risks.- Coaching colleagues to develop their change delivery and personal effectiveness skills, both within and outside the Change team.What we?re looking for in Business our Change Manager:- Passion to deliver for our customers- Change management experience, including as a business analyst- Good understanding of project / change management lifecycle- Excellent communication and networking / stakeholder management skills- Degree Level qualification- Experience of Change Management- Experience of Project Management- Customer Service experience- Knowledge of Residential Management Property Management System is desirableIf you believe you are the right candidate for the role as our Business Change Manager then please click ?apply? now!
