This is a full time, fixed term position lasting 24 months.The Business Change Lead will be key in ensuring we bring the organisation with us as we strive to achieve the vision outlined in the Blueprint. Responsible for business readiness, change adoption and communicationsResponsibilities

  • Develop the change and adoption strategy, approach and underpinning plan to support the transformation.
  • Create the communications strategy and plan to support the move to the target state outlined in the Blueprint.
  • Develop communications materials which support the transformation, including pre and post go-live awareness.
  • Collaborate effectively with the central Communications team in order to ensure a coherent and consistent narrative is used across the organisation.
  • Carry out change impact, readiness and post go-live assessments across esure.
  • Be an advocate for user-led approaches and tools within the Business Readiness teams, employing these wherever possible.
  • Lead the adoption of ADKAR (or other business change approach).
  • Develop artefacts, including toolkits, to support teams in moving to new ways of working.
  • Develop and own the stakeholder mapping and engagement approach for the Business Readiness team.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Business Readiness team, the Value Streams and the broader people team to effectively drive delivery of the Blueprint.
    • Qualifications
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven track record of delivering large scale transformation programmes using ADKAR best practice, preferably in a scaled Agile / digitally native organisation.
  • Experience in business change and communications.
  • Strongly results oriented and focused on pragmatically getting to outcomes - comfortable to dig in and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Willing to challenge business / commercial logic, supported by facts.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong leadership presence - ability to manage communication with key stakeholders.
