Associate Director - Programme Management, Real EstateManchester - Hybrid workingCompetitive salary + car allowance & excellent benefits packageCompany OverviewOur client is a well established innovative international real estate and infrastructure consultancy, with offices in Manchester and other key UK cities who work with a variety of high calibre and long-standing clients across a number of sectors.They offer independent advice, transforming performance to safeguard the commercial interests of their clients embarking on investment programmes across real estate, infrastructure and natural resources.Due to the number of high-profile projects our client is currently working on, they are seeking an Associate Director to join their existing Programme Management team and work with clients on delivery of their estate programmes while developing new and existingrelationships. The role is working across the private sector clients on programmes of work from £100m to over £2 billion. You can also benefit from a best in class global mobility programme and relocate to other countries if desired once you are an established team member. The RoleThe Associate Director will lead the team on the delivery of major estates programmes with bluechip commercial clients and help mentor and develop more junior staff members. The role reports directly to the Director of Project Management and will be split betweenthe clients site, home and the company office in Manchester on a hybrid basis. Some of the key responsibilities in the role are below:* Deliver high quality service pro-actively to a senior audience in a persuasive and credible manner, to meet and exceed expectations* Take responsibility for successfully developing, supporting and leading client relationships, related commission outputs and deliverable management* Set up new and operate existing effective programme processes and systems that enable efficient data collection, management and benchmarking* Lead in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all programme stages where required* Understanding the client and commission requirements and providing a trusted position that the client can rely upon to deliver* Programme set up, delivery and close down activities in accordance with the requirements of the roleRequirements* Experience of leading workstreams on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing and innovative environment would be ideal* Degree educated in a Construction, Real Estate or Facility Management related degree is desired* Programme Management experience within Real Estate, with Blue Chip and Commercial Clients with a consultancy background or working client side* Experience running refurbishment or fit out projects for Commercial or Blue Chip Clients* Right to work in the UK unrestricted is essentialOur client want their people to succeed both in work and life.
