Area Sales Manager - Roofing & Cladding Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Roofing & CladdingIndustry Sector: Fixings, Fastenings, Building Products, Roofing & Cladding, Roofing Products, Roofing Fasteners, Rainscreen Cladding, Rainscreen Subframe, Building Envelope, Single Ply, Facades, Steel Framing Systems, Fixing Systems, Main Contractors, SubContractors, Installers, Fixings, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Construction SalesArea to be covered: North & Midlands (ideally based Western side Birmingham & Manchester) Remuneration: £48,000 - £50,000 + £10,000 - £12,000 bonusBenefits: £560 car allowance or equivalent company car & full benefits packageThe role of the Area Sales Manager - Roofing & Cladding will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality range of fixings for roofing & cladding systems
  • All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors / roofing contractors
  • Inheriting a well-established area turnover circa £4m - £5m
  • Majority of your time will be focused managing 70 live spending accounts
  • Project sizes can vary from £100 - £250k depending on size and scope
  • Fantastic support with NSM and internal team
  • Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Roofing & Cladding with:
  • Must have roofing and cladding experience
  • Ideally selling to contractors and distributors
  • Would consider someone from a technical background however ideally sales
  • Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role
  • Team player
  • IT literate
  • Hardworking and resilient
