The company offer excellent company benefits including private health care, flexibleremote working and a 15% none contributory employer pension!This role will centre around monitoring the various systems, diagnosing, and resolving problems with the applications, handling support tickets escalated from front line support teams and providing feedback to both development and businesses teams to helpdrive continuous improvement.Key responsibilities;* Monitor applications giving feedback on potential issues as well as taking proactive action when required.* To provide support of Enterprise Systems (ES) production platforms, ensuring that they are available to support our business and external user needs.* To investigate issues raised through proactive monitoring of ES applications, identifying root cause, implementing interim work arounds and/or fixes and escalating to the relevant development team when necessary.* Maintain and contribute to technical support documentation for use within the ES development team.* Build relationships with development teams ensuring that new application require minimal ongoing support and have sufficient telemetry in place to provide insight into the applications performance.Technical Knowledge;* The ability to understand technical matters, analyse information, solve problems and learn quickly.* Experience of working with highly integrated enterprise systems, specifically experience of supporting website applications, APIs, cloud-based services and backend CRM systems.* A desire to build and support new tooling and automation to improve the support and development process.* Knowledge of at least one of the following programming/scripting languages c#, java script or Microsoft PowerShell. * Applications used by company- Siebel, Oracle SOA, Agresso, Sitecore, .Net Core, Azure Idm, Oracle and SQL Server technologies.This role offers you the chance to learn about the businesss enterprise systems and technologies as well as our support and software development methodologies.
