Job Description

Recovery & Restructuring Analyst opportunity within a Global Advisory & Consulting practice offering unrivalled career progression and development and involvement in a wide variety of formal insolvency and advisory engagements.THE COMPANYA Global Advisory & Consulting practice renowned for providing Turnaround & Restructuring, Strategic Advisory, Due Diligence and M&A / Corporate Finance solutions to large corporates, private equity investors and lenders. The firm operates across UK, EMEAand North America and is considered a leading provider of Corporate Advisory solutions in the upper-middle and corporate market.THE OPPORTUNITYAn Analyst opportunity has arisen within the Recovery & Restructuring team offering exposure to a wide range of formal Insolvency and Strategic Advisory engagements. As a leading Global Advisory & Consultancy Practice, the business offers great benefits,superb career development and opportunities to progress both in the UK and Internationally longer term.Analyst, Recovery & Restructuring responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a full range of Corporate Insolvency cases including Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships, and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) - from initial instruction through to closure.
  • Assisting Managers and Directors with the progression of cases from the outset through to closure.
  • Completing a range of statutory tasks including day one appointment notifications, drafting of formal reports, creditor communications, asset realisations, investigations, employee redundancies and claims processing.
  • Using IPS system to complete diary tasks and ensure compliance of receipts and payments accounts.
  • Assisting Managers and Directors with management of stakeholder groups including creditors, employees and management teams.
  • Financial analysis work.

THE PERSONYou will be an ambitious professional of graduate calibre able to demonstrate the following:
  • Graduate with c.2 years career experience within a business environment - possibly accountancy, financial services or insolvency
  • Ambitious and career driven, keen to progress within a global business environment
  • Possibly some experience of Liquidations and / or Administrations
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
