If youre looking for somewhere to really make a difference, have lots of interesting work to get stuck into and be ableto enjoy your personal life too, this is a great place to be.DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for 2 scrum teams that are made up of Business Analysts, Testers & Developers, working closely alongside Product Owners too. As well as coaching them to develop them into high performing teams, removing blockers,facilitating meetings etc. you will also directly line manage these individuals too.You will act as the focal point for requests in to and out of the Scrum Team(s), working alongside Product Owners to help prioritise and ensure that the Scrum teams become self organising.A key focus area for this role is to ensure the balance is maintained between the delivery of Projects as well as IT BAU activity as determined by SLT.ProfileThe successful candidate must have Agile experience whether that be in the capacity of a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach. You must be strong on the reporting side of things and be able to demonstrate at interview that you can successfully managea variety of different stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have worked in a software development environment and it is absolutely crucial that you help to build an empowerment culture rather than a dictatorship.If this sounds like you then please apply!Job Offer
