As well as coaching them to develop them into high performing teams, removing blockers,facilitating meetings etc. you will also directly line manage these individuals too.You will act as the focal point for requests in to and out of the Scrum Team(s), working alongside Product Owners to help prioritise and ensure that the Scrum teams become self organising.A key focus area for this role is to ensure the balance is maintained between the delivery of Projects as well as IT BAU activity as determined by SLT.ProfileThe successful candidate must have Agile experience whether that be in the capacity of a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
