And were on the hunt for an Agile Coach to help our clients and growour community.HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPENOur Agile Coaches and Agile Transformation Consultants work together to provide teams and leaders with the support and guidance that they need to adapt and evolve to enable organisations to unlock the potential to transform, achieving Business Agility.We recognize that one size doesnt fit all, which means that youll use your knowledge, skills and experience of Agile mindset, practices to help our clients grow and become more customer centric and become made-for-change businesses. Working as part ofour Agile communities youll be part of our peer-to-peer communities, and together well grow.YOU WILL:

  • Use your experience and knowledge of at least one Agile team and at least one scaled frameworks and such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS etc. to guide organisations in approaches that bring value and meet their needs
  • Work closely and partner with teams and executives to support their transformation journey to help them incorporate learning and feedback, and to aid in the evolution of Agile practices as part of their transformation.
  • Working with Product Owner and Scrum Masters created coaching plans, and together identify issues and opportunities throughout their transformation.
  • Review problem situations and make tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • Providing facilitation, feedback, mentoring and ad-hoc training as appropriate to support integration and decision making.
  • Use your creative ingenuity and ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • Support the teams in implementing ways of working and growing mindsets to support continuous improvement, e.g., insights in the flow of work as we build our clients capabilities and unleash their potential.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client teams and industry organizations that of driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
IDEALLY, WED LIKE:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching agile teams
  • Experience working with clients as part.
  • External accreditation or recognition from recognized professional bodies such as Scrum or ICAgile.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Jira or Mural etc.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university.
